We run our own IT help desk unlike some of our competitors who subcontract this work to call centres run by 3rd parties.
From our help desk we will have secure remote access to your servers and workstations, allowing us to resolve 95% without the need for an on site visit. In this manner most problems are resolved at the same time as initially being reported to us.
Should an on site visit be required the help desk engineers will pass the call on to the nearest field engineer to resolve as soon as possible. In all cases the guaranteed minimum response time will be adhered to.
