We see a medium sized business as being one that needs dedicated on site support on a regular basis, although not necessarily having their own IT people as well.

Having a dedicated member of the CSMB team who conducts all of our maintenance checks and is available on email and telephone support has meant that staff have been able to build a rapport and feel confident that he understands our systems and procedures. When our regular CSMB representative is not available the support team act promptly to our enquiries, resolving issues as quickly as possible.
CSMB has also offered invaluable advice, acted as liaison with software providers and ordered and installed equipment; basically undertaking all of our I.T. needs so that staff at the Trust do not need to worry about a thing!
